7. Zrin Festival - 29 Mai 2021 to 6 Jun 2021 The Croatian association Ars Organi Sisciae is marking 15 years of activity in the Sisak-Moslavina County and the Sisak Diocese with this year's festival season. This year they are announcing a rich music and multimedia cultural program during the 7th Zrin Festival and the 15th International Organ Festival Ars Organi Sisciae, which are held under the auspices of the Croatian Ministry of Culture and Media, as well as the Sancta Barbara Wooden Chapel Festival and the new Lika Music Festival.
The 7th Zrin Festival is held from May 29 to June 6. It starts from Zrin, the birthplace of Nikola Šubić Zrinski, where the Zagreb Soloists will perform on May 29 at 5 pm. Along with them, many great local ensembles will be guests at the festival: Croatian Baroque Orchestra (Hrvatska Kostajnica, 31 May); Musica Viva (Gornji Viduševac, June 1); Acoustic Project Strings (Petrinja, June 3); jazz sextet B's FUNstellation, at a concert dedicated to Damir Kukuruzović (Sisak, June 4); Filip Mercep on marimba and vibraphone, with visuals and electronics (Topusko, June 5). The festival will conclude with a Mass of Thanksgiving and a concert by the Academic Men's Choir FER-a under the direction of Josip Degl'Ivelli, (Sisak, 6. 6. at 11 am) and a concert by the ensemble ChiaroScuro (Old Town of Ozalj, 6. 6. at 8 pm) with a concert program "Biblical Story" which will mark the 500th anniversary of the launch of the first translation of the Bible into Croatian.
