Sea Sound is considered the offspring of the Seasplash Festival, bringing a refreshed approach and a concept tailored for the new era. With a broad spectrum in musical program, Sea Sound is shining a light on significant creative developments of the past decade, particularly the emergence of various new, handmade sound systems. In both the domestic and international scenes, sound systems have become as crucial as the performers on stage.

The Sea Sound Festival is scheduled to take place from July 18 to 21 at Martinska in Šibenik, and its distinctive feature lies in presenting the entire program on numerous larger, medium-sized, and smaller stages, which are exclusively using 'custom-made' sound systems.



The music program will showcase current trends from the domestic, regional, and international scenes, offering a diverse range of styles from traditional-analog to contemporary-electronic.

Sea Sound Festival will take place on five stages. Each stage will represent a different type of music. All five stages will be strategically positioned at the festival location: Live Sound, Dub Sound, Bass Sound, Electro Sound, and Roots Sound. Each stage of the Sea Sound Festival will have its own sound system to power it. We are bringing a total of five sound systems for the five stages on the peninsula opposite Šibenik: Prevara Sound System, Trokut Audio, Roadtripper Sound System, Vibration Addict Sound System, and Seasplash Sound System.
The stages, with their positions, will create a unique 'sound system settlement' where the audience will circulate and enjoy various types of bass (and other) music presented by numerous crews and individual performers. The first performers announced for the Sea Sound Festival are: Vibronics feat. Vanya O & Danniella Dee, Paolo Baldini DubFiles, Deekline, Wicked Dub Division, One Dread, Dr.Obi meets Anja G, Roo T & Sistah Tena.



Vibronics feat. Vanya O & Danniella Dee
Vibronics have been labeled as the future sound of dub for 25 years! They lead the British dub scene, which has vibrated worldwide since 1996. Proof lies in over 70 releases they've put out on their legendary SCOOPS label, as well as albums, singles, and remixes for other labels. Paolo Baldini DubFiles
Musician and producer Paolo Baldini has been recognized on the Italian reggae scene since his musical beginnings in the band B.R. Stylers. He launched the solo project Paolo Baldini DubFiles in 2014. He has left his production mark on many well-known names (Mellow Mood, LAB, Jovanotti, Forelock...).



Wicked Dub Division
Wicked Dub Division was formed in Italy in 2005. Their committed songs have been recognized by Amnesty International Italy, while their current fourth album was recorded with the North East Ska Jazz Orchestra. This powerful group is beloved by every audience for the rich sound and atmosphere they create on every stage.



Deekline
Deekline is a British producer and DJ of breakbeat, breakstep, drum and bass, and garage music. He is described as an innovator of breakstep music, spiced with heavy bass, infused with breakbeat, first characterized in his 1999 hit "I Don't Smoke."



One Dread
Stage rulers with many matches under their belts, One Dread broke the boundary of genre recognition with their original album "Rewind, Play, Repeat." Their vocal TNT trio (Tea, Nika, Tena) and Bad Boys on instruments delighted critics and, more importantly, numerous audiences with their original songs.



Dr.Obi meets Anja G, Roo T & Sistah Tena

A powerful group of local dub veterans has already made a mark on the scene with their new project. Their powerful combination of three female vocals Anja G, Roo T, and Sistah Tena, along with Dr.Obi's production, they conquer audiences across the country with roots to digital and steppers sound.

The location Martinska in Šibenik is situated in a protected natural landscape and within the UNESCO buffer zone, making it unique. Festival tickets also include the possibility of camping, in a very limited number within the location, in a pine forest area on the site of the former autocamp.
